HR Consultant for KSA Back Office Operations
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled HR Management Consultant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly in the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough HR audits for clients to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to align with the client's business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to clients on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process for the KSA back office, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Conduct training sessions for clients on HR best practices and compliance
- Stay updated on KSA labor laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the PILLARS team to develop and deliver customized HR solutions for clients
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven Experience as HR Consultant , Or Provided Similar Projects in a Large Scale
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the KSA market
- Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
