About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Professional to join our team in the back office location. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Thorough Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client organizations, including reviewing financial data, operations, and processes.
- Develop Customized Solutions: Identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions to address client needs.
- Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the KSA region as needed.
