Job Title: Administrative Officer - UAE Back Office
Department: HR & Admin
Reporting to: HR & Administration Manager
Job Main Scope:
The Administrative Officer will work remotely, efficiently managing administrative tasks and overseeing the company's diverse insurance portfolio. This role combines administrative support across all departments with responsibility for medical health insurance, and general insurance policies like property insurance, all risk insurance, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and oversee the company's insurance portfolio.
- Provide administrative support across all departments.
- Responsible for medical health insurance and general insurance policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in the UAE is essential.
- 5 to 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in administration or corporate insurance management.
Pre-requisite Skills & Training:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools and video conferencing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of virtual collaboration tools and cloud-based file sharing systems.
