Insurance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of insurance operations, including policy issuance, claims processing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance policies, including data entry, policy issuance, and policy updates
- Handle all aspects of claims processing, including filing claims, communicating with insurance providers, and following up on claims status
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering any questions or concerns they may have regarding their insurance policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance transactions
- Collaborate with insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms for clients
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide the best service to clients
- Assist in developing and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of insurance operations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely processing of insurance policies and claims
- Handle any other administrative tasks related to insurance operations as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in insurance administration
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
