Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the client's business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process for the KSA back office, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on HR best practices and compliance.
  • Stay updated on KSA labor laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the PILLARS team to develop and deliver customized HR solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the KSA market.
  • Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
