About the Role:

PILLARS is seeking an experienced HR Management Consultant to provide strategic HR advice and support to our clients in the KSA back office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough HR audits to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • Implement HR best practices and compliance measures to align with client business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Deliver training sessions on HR best practices and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on KSA labor laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the PILLARS team to develop and deliver customized HR solutions for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their HR needs are met effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR consultant, preferably with a focus on the KSA market.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
