Administrative Coordinator for CEO Support

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to the CEO of ScaleJet, an eCommerce company.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing emails, travel bookings, and calendars, as well as arranging personal appointments and handling administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant and possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and respond to messages in a timely manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Provide daily check-ins via WhatsApp or phone to ensure seamless communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of both Islamic practices and Western culture
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
