Front Desk Coordinator

NOK Human Capital is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in New Cairo.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling all incoming correspondence, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating courier services and managing mail
- Assisting HR and the office manager with administrative tasks
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and arranging orders as necessary
- Scheduling meeting rooms and arranging hospitality items
- Communicating with building security for visitor parking and addressing security concerns
A competitive salary of approximately EGP 20,000 - 30,000 per month is offered to the successful candidate.
