To expand our presence worldwide we are opening an **Executive Compensation Manager **role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy and programs of Executive Compensation including short
- and long-term incentive programs.
- Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to the Executive Committee and Human Resources
- Prepare compensation data for proxy disclosure (Nasdaq) and Remuneration Committee meetings.
- Manage the executive salary survey process and benchmark executive packages to market.
- Prepare annual people budget and total rewards budget for the executive level conducting deviation analysis on a monthly basis;
- Maintain job grading and salary structuring internally for the executive level and keep information on job evaluations and decisions from the nomination committee.
- Manage salary review during the annual review cycle and off-cycle requests for the designated level, with close collaboration with the Regional HR Managers (APAC, MEA, India, LATAM).
- Ensure and validate short-term incentives calculation and payments related to the executive level. Work in strict collaboration with Business Areas and the Executive Committee to define short incentive program measures, and KPIs and assess their effectiveness.
- Make sure that compensation and benefits programs are administered according to the existing policies and procedures
- Collaborate in the creation of policies and procedures for programs under C&B responsibility that are aligned with Company practices and compliant with local legislation. Make sure they are up to date and reflect current processes.
- Participate in C&B and Human Resources global projects as required
- Support the CHRO in the Performance Evaluation cycle for the executive level as needed

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- 7+ years of combined experience in Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources, Taxes, and Executive Compensation in a multi-national environment.
- Higher education
- Strong written and spoken English (Fluent)
- Strong analytical skills including the proficient use of Excel spreadsheets
- Accuracy, attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Responsible, service-minded, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Excellence in Stakeholder Management and communication
