- Responsible for arranging flights, accommodations, itineraries, transportation, visa, invitation letters...etc for employees and visitors in MENA region.
- Responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
- Responsible in generating reports on travel expenses, savings, and performance metrics.
- Responsible for greeting and assisting visitors to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Responsible for updating welcome screen with visitors' details.
- Responsible for ordering lunch for the visitors.
- Responsible for organizing office events and celebrations.
- Handles welfare Programs (Ramadan Iftar and Sohour Management, Ramadan Bag, Eid celebrations).
- Responsible for housekeeping of the plant Entrance.
- Employee Catering Supplies as well as Kitchen & office boys Management.
- Purchase & distribute Stationery & office supplies.
- Key Management.
- Responsible for assisting with HR-related tasks.
**What makes you great**:
- Bachelor degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in front office management / travel management.
- Pleasure in dealing with people from all nationalities and cultures.
- Organizational talent and service oriented.
- Calm and courteous manner.
- Intermediate Level in MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.)
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
