**The Job in a Nutshell**

**What Will You Do❓**
- Gainsight Administration:

- Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Gainsight platform.
- Configure and customize Gainsight to meet the business needs.
- Handle user account creation, roles, permissions, and access management.
- Reporting and Dashboards:

- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer health and success metrics.
- Generate and analyze data to drive strategic business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Gainsight.
- Roles and Authorities:

- Define and manage user roles and permissions within Gainsight.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Implement and manage workflows to automate processes.
- Implementation and Integration:

- Assist in the implementation of Gainsight and Salesforce CRM integrations.
- Work closely with the IT and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Managing Existing Integrations:

- Oversee and maintain integrations with various data sources including data warehouses, ticketing systems, and product utilization tools.
- Ensure data synchronization between Gainsight and other systems.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to enhance and optimize integrations.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Gainsight features and updates.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users.

**What Are We Looking For❓**
- Experience:

- 3-4 years of experience in Gainsight administration.
- Proven experience in developing and managing reports and dashboards.
- Exposure to implementing and managing integrations with Salesforce CRM, data warehouses, ticketing systems, and product utilization tools.
- Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Gainsight and Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Who Will Excel❓**
- Gainsight Admin Certification
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Experience in customer Ops or related field
- Experience in integrating Telephony systems
