**Admin Assistant**
- Responsibilities_:
Provide exceptional administrative support to the software development team, including executives, engineers, and product managers.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel as needed.

Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) and ensure efficient document organization.

Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other documents as required.

Assist with onboarding new team members.

Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

Proactively identify and solve administrative problems.

Stay up-to-date on new technologies and software relevant to the role.
- Qualifications:_

ِِAdministrative experience, preferably in a technical or fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to help others.

Bonus Points:
Experience in the software development industry.

Knowledge of software development terminology.

Proficiency in scheduling and travel management tools.
