We are looking for an on-site Admin Assistant based in Cairo, a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7-8 years of professional experience in Administrative roles are required, together with excellent command of English and Arabic.
More specifically you will:
- Provide daily secretarial support to the MD’s schedule and coordinate arrangements for a variety of internal and external meetings and special events;
- Organize travel arrangements; Process expense reports;
- Receive and process incoming mail, meeting invites and phone calls, assess priorities, and if necessary obtain supporting information and coordinate actions;
- Coordinate and perform complex diversity of multiple tasks for MD providing personal support in order to fulfill the required support for expat employees as defined by PMI policies and procedures.
- Prepare Purchase Requests, Collect supporting documentation for proof of performance, and Close Purchase Orders on the System (Good Receipt)
- Monitor delivery with Suppliers
**Requirements**:
- At least 7+ years of previous experience as an Admin Assistant in a Multinational organisation.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Cost management.
- Advanced level of Excel, Word, Power-point. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines.
