The Internship at Medtronic will support and help Cardiac Rythm Management within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations.
**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Identifying, developing and closing leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
- Providing input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
- Promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services.
- Supporting managing and responding to customer concerns and problems.
- Arranging demonstration of products by field sales representatives.
- Assisting with planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
**Must Haves**
- Studying a higher education - in final year of studies or a recent graduate
- Pursuing a degree in medical background: biomedical engineering (preferred), pharmacy, biological science medicine or other related fields
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Based in Cairo, Egypt
- Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Eager to learn & develop
- Passionate about anatomy and high - tech products
**Nice to Haves**
- Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies & relationship building is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skill
**Internship/ Program details**:
- Start Date: April
- Duration: 6 months
- Full time: 40 hours per week
- Hybrid model: mostly in the field, occasionally in the office
