**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in engineering fields (Preferred Mechanical /Electrical majors)
- 3 to 5 years work experience preferably in Process automation
- Product and Application Knowledge - Interpret type keys, identify Valve & pumps vs spare parts, kits vs motors, Actuators Positioner and Accessories, identify where product is built (not essential).
- Have a good knowledge of inco-term & different payment conditions
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend internal sales training.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, commercially verified, offering the best all-round solution.
- Follow-up on quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales.
- Negotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority.
- Answer customer Clarification.
- Provide technical solutions and benefits.
- Provide after-sales service to customers.
- Attend customer meetings as required, including customer site visits.
- Ensure activities are carried out inline with agreed departmental KPIs.
- Make sure to attend all the online training sessions, abroad & trainings to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, including new products as and when released.
- Other responsibilities as reasonably required.
- To support the industry managers to put prices & commercial strategy for their customers
- Support the customer segmentation (c contact)
