P&a Field Sales Manager

**Job Description**:
As the **P&A Field Sales Manager **, you will provide on-site professional automotive, business and computer technical support to GM’s retail and wholesale communities. Broad responsibilities including vehicle diagnostic and repair support, providing an avenue for escalated cases, product problem resolution and territory management support for GM.
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Diagnose and direct repairs on customer vehicles and to reduce vehicle repurchases and warranty expense.
- Provide Dealership service readiness feedback and support Techline products at GM Dealerships and other authorized facilities including certain GM Fleet accounts.
- Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors. Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Stay in contact with dealers and distributors to keep market update awareness.
- Analyze sales statistics for different commodities.
- Monitor market dynamics for different commodities.
- Source new sales opportunities and manage a professional deal closing.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Comply with corporate policy & procedures through cooperation with different colleagues / departments.
- Reflect customer voice & suggesting initiative to keep continuous growth.
**Requirements**:
- Strong customer relationships in the country.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
