Pre-sales Consultant

WEmng HR consultancy is currently hiring an experienced "Pre-sales Consultant" for some of our clients.
**About our client**:
Our client delivers high-tech solutions through a limitless combination of IP telephony, mobility, and IPTV solutions to companies operating in the financial, hospitality, enterprise, retail, health, education, aviation, and real estate sectors.
Over 20 years in the market, with simple, out-of-the-box, highly-dependable, and innovative solutions, and became a **Cisco Preferred Solution Developer** and a **Microsoft Gold Partner**, with an impressive list of clients in Egypt, KSA, and Jordan.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Day-to-day Operations**
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into IT solutions
- Present & demonstrate solutions to customers and channel partners
- Build technical proposals based on available products of the company
- Work with technology and channel partners for products/solutions awareness
- Work with sales team on building product sales pipeline
- Lead and drive customer engagement such as proof of concepts
- Participate in providing customer feedback about features and solutions to enrich product features.
**2. Supervision of Subordinates**
- Support the activities and work of subordinates, and ensure them the quality control activities and tasks are carried out inefficient and quality manner.
**3. Continuous Improvement**
- Maintain sharp technical skills with technology partners’ technologies and the latest innovation.
- Updated knowledge of integrated technologies required for proposing new products and solutions.
- Staying updated with competitors’ landscape and contributing to building competition cards.
- Participate in suggesting new features, products, and solutions to the product development team/product owner.
**4. Reporting**
- Opportunities engagement report
- Partner engagement report
- Technical proposals coverage
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Computer Science or related field
- minimum of 3 years of presales experience in IT solutions company
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions
- Cloud, IoT, and modern technologies awareness
- Preferred: Software development tools and databases knowledge
**Technical Competencies**:
- Software design methodologies and frameworks.
- Mobile development platforms and tools.
- Practical experience with software solution selling as presales.
- Understanding of common software development project management practices
**Location**:Zamalek, Cairo (Hybrid)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: E£12,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
