We are looking for a multitask oriented professional from the engineering consultations background who will help in the following activities remotely.

**Recruitment & Selection**
- **Job Analysis & Planning**:

- Conduct job analyses to determine the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience for each position.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies (e.g., job postings, sourcing, networking).
- **Onboarding**:

- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
- Assist new employees with their integration into the company culture.

**Training & Development**
- **Needs Assessment**: Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- **Performance Management**:

- Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Employee Development**:

- Identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Create career development plans for employees.
- Oversee employee training and development programs (e.g., workshops, seminars, certifications).

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Administer compensation and benefits programs**:

- Manage salary administration, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

**Employee Relations**
- **Address employee concerns and grievances**:

- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances effectively.
- Maintain positive employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Advise management on employee relations issues.
- **Manage employee discipline**:

- Investigate and address disciplinary issues fairly and consistently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

**HR Administration**
- **Maintain employee records**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g., personnel files, payroll records).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- **Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations (e.g., employment laws, health and safety regulations).
- Stay informed of changes in employment legislation.

**Strategic HR**
- **Contribute to organizational goals**:

- Align HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization.
- Advise management on HR-related issues that impact the organization's success.
- **Employee Engagement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and motivation.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Pay: E£35,000.00 - E£55,000.00 per month
