**About The Role**:
Our **IT help desk** will provide fast and effective technical solutions & support to our users, he will be responding to any queries in person, remotely or over the phone, he will assess and diagnose any computer hardware and software problems and implement effective solutions.

Also he will be required to provide basic computer training, modify hardware systems, install computer peripherals, and perform basic computer maintenance.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Managing Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
- Maintaining laptop inventory and documentation related to his responsibilities.
- Escalating issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty
- Installing, repairing computer hardware and software
- Following-up with Users to ensure issues are resolved
- Supporting in system administration and testing new changes and technologies.

**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An openness to learn new technologies.

**Education & Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in IT help desk
- An Associate's degree in computer science or related field.
