We are seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Technician to join our team at Tagaddod. As a Junior IT Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical assistance to computer system users and respond to their inquiries. You will diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, install and configure computer hardware and software, and maintain records of repairs and installations. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for technology to join our team and help support our users.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Perform hardware and software installations and configurations
- Maintain records of repairs, installations, and inventory
- Follow standard help desk procedures and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team member
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience as an IT help desk or technical support role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Very good knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Experience with ticketing systems and help desk software
- Ability to work well in a team environment
