**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **E-Commerce Manager **to lead our media buying team and oversee our drop-shipping operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of our e-commerce channels, with a focus on the GCC market.

**What you will do**:

- ** Media Buying and Advertising Management**:

- Manage the media buying team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient and profitable campaigns.
- Continuously analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend).
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices.
- **Drop-Shipping Operations**:

- Oversee the end-to-end drop-shipping process, from supplier selection and integration to order fulfillment and customer experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with reliable drop-shipping suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and SLAs.
- Monitor and optimize the drop-shipping workflow, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- **E-Commerce Growth and Optimization**:

- Analyze website analytics, customer data, and market trends to identify opportunities for sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance the user experience, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value.
- Implement effective SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new e-commerce features, functionalities, and integrations.
- **Startup and GCC Market Experience**:

- Leverage your prior experience working in startup environments to bring an entrepreneurial mindset and agile approach to the role.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the GCC market, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Adapt and respond quickly to the rapidly changing e-commerce landscape in the GCC region.

**What you will make you successful**:

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Extensive experience in media buying, advertising, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization.
- Hands-on experience in drop-shipping operations, including supplier management, inventory control, and customer fulfillment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and various marketing technologies.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
- Fluency in English, and proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is preferred.
