Sales Lead

**Sales Lead **is responsible for managing the organizations business development ensuring consistent and rapid growth in sales across all channels and identify and develop new business opportunities which will help the company achieve its strategic and business objectives.
Role
- Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them aware of business developments and to seek feedback from them so that the company can effectively implement a programmed of continuous improvement.
- Follow the excellence model
- Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields of product marketing and research to ensure that the company continues to compete effectively
- Develop and monitor budgets for all major organization development projects.
- Lead in the development of strategies, policies and processes across all functions that will help to achieve the company’s mission and core objectives
- Negotiate contracts with external consultants and other organizations to provide services in support of organization change and development where these cannot be met from in-house resources.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
- Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim
- Experienced knowledge of insurance markets globally in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs
- Knowledge of WTW products and services
- Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
