**Business Development team lead is a professional who oversees a team of consultants that help businesses identify and implement solutions to improve their performance, efficiency, and profitability.**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- ** Conducting high level customer presentation**:

- ** Qualify sales leads**:

- ** Handover the qualified leads to the sales team for follow up and closure**:

- ** Contacting potential customers over the phone or using online tools**:

- ** Leading and managing the implementation of the proposed solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance**:

- ** Monitoring and evaluating the results and impact of the solutions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement**:

- ** Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders**:

- ** Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the consultant team, ensuring their professional development and performance**

**Skills and qualifications**:

- ** A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field**:

- ** 5-7 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a similar role**:

- ** Proven track record of delivering successful business solutions and achieving client satisfaction**:

- ** Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**:

- ** Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills**:

- ** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment**:

- ** Knowledge of relevant tools, methods, and frameworks for business analysis and development**:
