Tele-sales/lead Generation Executive

Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Record customer purchase order details and always update client records.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Use sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Use the data provided by the marketing team to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
- Convert difficult leads into customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Telesales executive for not less than 3 years.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and sales skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Hand-on experience with sales tools and CRM software like MS D365 and HubSpot.
