As a Sales Executive/Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our power generation solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and closing sales deals. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service and promoting the company's brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential customers in the power generation industry.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and track customer interactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress and market trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record in sales in the power generation industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of generators, power systems, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: E£30,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
