**Responsibilities**:

- Nurture leads and build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions
- Schedule and conduct meetings or demos to showcase our offerings and present value propositions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and effective sales outreach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the B2B industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
