Business Development Representative

Our Client, a prominent system integrator, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential customers in the banking sector in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, showcasing the value and quality delivered by our top consultants in providing top-tier solutions to our clients. **Requirements**:
- Target Market Focus: Concentrate on identifying and engaging potential customers in the banking sector in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, as outlined in the Sales-As-A-Service proposal from Pipeline Gurus.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify potential leads by assessing their fit with the pricing model, ensuring they are willing to invest in quality resources, and have a genuine interest in our services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with new customers and understand their unique needs. Focus on building rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Deal Closing: Work closely with potential customers to understand their requirements and navigate the sales cycle, which may take 2-4 months on average. Assist with pricing assessments and the issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) for evaluation, based on the insights from the proposal.
- Customer Retention: Collaborate with the delivery manager to ensure successful customer onboarding, ongoing support, and additional service offerings to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- KPIs and Success Criteria: Implement KPIs and success criteria as outlined in the Sales-As-A-Service proposal, emphasizing the value of your services in generating qualified opportunities in the UAE and KSA markets.
