We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving and expanding our business in the renewables and environment industry. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our platform and services. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a positive and lasting impact on the environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the renewables and environment industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Present and promote our platform and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business expansion.
- Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese to effectively engage with clients, partners, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct business activities and negotiations in Chinese.
- A deep understanding of Chinese culture and business practices is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in a Chinese-speaking environment would be an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy and environmental sustainability is a plus.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
