**Role Purpose**:
**Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership**:
- Previous Experience in VF frontline Call center
- Cross functional communication skills
- Ability to manage change across different department and communicate with different levels of the organization
- High Time Management
- Fundamental Knowledge of project management
**Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Demonstrates ability of teamwork, flexible, take initiative, set plans and executes them in addition to problem solving, handle multiple tasks/priorities.
- Excellent Analytical, problem solving and Negotiation abilities.
- Ability to solve critical issues.
- Expert level in using customer care systems
- Very Good Analytical and reporting writing skills
- Very Good Presentation skills
