We are seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to join our real estate team as a _**Junior Acquisition Agent.**_

**Responsibilities**:
2. Handle incoming leads produced through the company’s different marketing channels.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of properties, seller interactions, and appointment schedules.

4. Provide excellent customer service to potential sellers by answering their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the property selling process.

5. Attend company training as scheduled by head of department.

6. Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to potential sellers.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly rate: $8/hr plus commission
- Commission structure (to be discussed after interview process)

**Requirements**:
1. Can speak _**English**_ fluently

2. Experience in real estate sales, appointment setting, or a related field is a plus.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other real estate tools.

6. Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
