Acquisition Sales Executive

**Role Profile**:
- Manage a team of 4 outsourced agents to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solutions and accounts targets.
- Managing and distributing Sales according to Territory to maximize opportunities and capture market share to increase sales YOY.
- Manage Stakeholders “Marketing /Activation /any at assigned Task or Project & Spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams.
- Minimizing and resolving complaints while training 93% Quality sales M3, 85 M6 and max 7% no network also Training and developing teams to represent and drive. Vodafone Digital's #1 strategy
- #1 NPS with our #1 acquisitions experience on an individual account basis.

- Excellent sales skills & Problem solving
- Reporting and time management. & presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, Negotiation and communication skills.
- Full awareness of retail structure and related functions
- Results-oriented, self-disciplined and organized.
- Fluent in spoken & and written English language.
