**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach prospective clients within the local market. Leverage your industry knowledge and networking skills to generate new business opportunities.
- **Client Retention & Account Management**: Transition from the role of acquiring clients to that of an Account Manager. Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and they are delighted with our services.
- **Project Delivery Oversight**: Collaborate closely with our production team to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, are of the highest quality, and are delivered on time. Act as a critical link between clients and our production team.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, tactics, and plans to maximize revenue and market presence. Continuously identify opportunities for growth.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with market trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to create tailored solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- **2-3 Years of Sales Experience.**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate our value propositions and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Project Management Skills**: Ability to oversee and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proficiency in negotiating terms and agreements to benefit both the client and the company.
- **Self-Motivated**:A proactive, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
- **Networking**:A well-established network within the fintech industry is a significant advantage.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Comfort with technology, including an understanding of 3D printing use of different ERP’s and CRM’s.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
- **Sales Strategies**: Familiarity with various sales strategies and tactics.
- **Results-Oriented**:A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
- **Creativity**:The ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions to clients.
- **Bachelor's Degree**: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Willingness to Learn**: A growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
