Title and Summary
Performance Marketing & Acquisition Specialist
Overview:
Marketing Services, the marketing strategy & execution arm of Mastercard, is undergoing a significant transformation to be a more product-centric and digitally based B2B & B2B2C marketing organization. We aim to focus on differentiated scalable and purely digital offerings that leverages our unique data and marketing technology to accelerate campaign performance and associated outcomes.
Role:
- Support the development and improvement of MS Acquisition products/solutions and capabilities across the Digital Marketing and Sales funnel, focusing on driving exponential growth across all key metrics and KPIs. Including:
- Creating scalable digital marketing implementation, optimization and measurement practices, and supporting sales materials, particularly digital and omnichannel solutions.
- Developing multivariate tests strategy (including creatives, copy, etc) and provide a framework to evaluate results that can be shared with clients.
- Using agile methodologies to develop new B2B2C solutions for digital acquisition
- Being responsible for developing go to market, including CVP, pricing, sales and training of delivery and sales team to ensure optimized sales and best in class delivery.
- Developing “out of the box” solutions and to create support for initiatives across organization and geographies.
- Collaborate with and support the Acquisition Product Owner to manage the MS Acquisition Product portfolio ensuring relevancy, quality and effectiveness MS Acquisition products.
- Overseeing the delivery of various projects within the cluster/market to ensure quality, performance and timely delivery on various projects.
- Strategize, plan and deliver how new technologies/capabilities/ideas can be used to drive measurable improvements in acquisition and performance solutions.
- Measure product marketing effectiveness through ongoing reporting and communicate progress against goals.
- Using Confluence, Teams and other tools to curate and standardize Acquisition products/solutions to allow for simple scaling of solutions across the EEMEA region.
- Be a client-facing expert sales resource and interface with Mastercard global leadership to represent the suite of products.
- Demonstrated prior experience covering end to end digital marketing campaign management across digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing automation, personalization, marketing analytics/insights and project management.
- Ability to understand analytics, including main KPIs such us CTR, CPA, conversion rates and develop scalable approaches to identify what is working, what is not and optimize accordingly.
- Ability to hone in on trends and insights and propose innovative and strategic digital marketing solutions that drive value and results.
- Be one step ahead of clients in identification and adoption of new digital solutions. Have a POV to share with customers on new technology. Ability to be a client-facing expert sales resource and interface with Mastercard global leadership to represent the suite of products.

- Firm grasp of AdTech, MarTech, Mobile and Performance Marketing landscape with ability to identify the right partners via requirements and specs. Solid experience in digital marketing technology, payments product management, and project management.
- Previous experience in growth hacking techniques and methodologies to drive improvements in acquisition and performance.
