Ambassadors Account Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding real estate agents who will act as ambassadors for our company. These ambassadors will operate as independent contractors and will play a crucial role in driving business growth and generating Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential real estate agents to become ambassadors for our company.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and onboard new ambassadors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials to attract potential ambassadors.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for ambassador acquisition and expansion.
- Utilize various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences, to connect with potential ambassadors.
- Track and analyze acquisition metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Business Development, to maximize ambassador performance and achieve GMV targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, and/or sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and familiarity with its dynamics, trends, and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools to track and manage ambassador acquisition efforts.
