As the chosen sales partner, we are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join this forward-thinking team.
**Role Overview**:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our client's cutting-edge Supply Chain Platform within Tier 1 enterprise accounts. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work with a visionary startup that is revolutionizing supply chain management and enhancing the efficiency of global logistics.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with Tier 1 enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within large enterprises.
- Establish and maintain C-level executive sponsorship within client organizations.
- Manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) for prospecting.
- Collaborate with Associate Account Executives and marketing to align strategies.
- Develop comprehensive account strategies and objectives for expansion.
- Take ownership of all customer issues and effectively communicate as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in selling to VP and C-level executives, with 8-12 years of software sales experience, particularly in SaaS solutions.
- **Sales Performance**: Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota and ranking in the top 10% within your company.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Ability to oversee opportunity and customer details, use cases, purchase timelines, and forecasting within HubSpot.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential.
- **Team Player**: A strong desire to contribute to your colleagues' success and maintain a professional, ethical reputation in the business.
