**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations, including:
- Facilities management
- Supply procurement and inventory control
- Travel arrangements o Meeting and event planning
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including HR. administration
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain office documents, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in managing and overseeing all aspects of office operations - Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
