**JOB PURPOSE**:
As a member of the Senior Management Team - to contribute to commercial and strategic decision making in order that Sales and Marketing achieve their Financial & Operational KPI’s in a timely manner analogous to the objectives set. To develop & implement unified business strategies to further enhance employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Adopt best practice and key leadership skills across the management teams in accord with the Principals.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Working with all Showroom Managers control all activities of sale staff in terms of prospecting, qualifying customers, demonstrating product, doing test drives, negotiating and closing deals.
- Working with sales staff to ensure that sales process is followed at all times using all available IT systems fully and accurately
- Supervise all new units, CPOV and multi franchise sales related operations and assure implementation of top industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor performance of all locations and staff therein against key measurements (units, margin, net profit, F&I sales, ancillary products, key ratios etc)
- Ensure sales incentive pay plan is in line with market and company requirements to ensure business objectives are met and competent staff is attracted to the company
- Monitor stocks levels at locations to ensure stock turnover is maximised
- Manage and control all costs pertaining to sales operations at locations to ensure costs are closely managed and net contribution is optimised
- Responsible for managing Account receivables as per Company laid down norms. To monitor at regular intervals, through reports, the status of AE and take appropriate action wherever required
- Ensure that showroom facilities are properly managed in terms of displays, cleanliness, storage space, CI, etc.
- Ensure that the Sales team meets following KPI's - Sales units, Contribution in EGP, Customer Satisfaction /Net Promoter Score targets
- Implement marketing strategies and activities for new products to optimize brand awareness, brand perception and to assure sustainable sales volumes growth.
- Manage B2B business including fleet and governmental sales channels
- Drive sales and campaign marketing through team in new business development opportunities
- Product planning, product equipment and price positioning strategies.
- Assure high levels of customer engagement regarding all sales related operations.
- Participate in appointing and upgrading dealers’ network, set targets & incentive and supervise performance level
- Assure implementation of annual/monthly sales plans, revenues and profits.
- Assure effective, prompt and smooth supply chain & distribution process related to sales operations.
- The job holder must coordinate with BM's, PDI, Logistics to ensure good stock availability at all locations and stock turnover is maximised. He also leases with GM to ensure production orders are in line with market requirements (models, colours, etc.)
- Ensure that showrooms are properly staffed in all positions to provide the required high level of customer service expected using benchmarks and capacity calculations
- Manage and develop organisation structure of sales operation to ensure operational success and high levels of customer service
- Monitor and manage performance of all staff to ensure they are performing in line with job descriptions and company requirements
- Organize and provide suitable training for all sales staff to ensure their skills are at highest level to maximise business opportunities in Egypt.
**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate in Business, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum Experience: 10-15 years’ experience in Sales, marketing and/or Business Development out of which min 5 years in Automotive Dealers
