**The Job in a Nutshell**
**What Will You Do❓**
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts and create country sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong a strong sales pipeline
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Hire, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales representatives as the company grow
**What Are We Looking For❓**
- 7-10 years' experience in sales in f&b or any relevant industry.
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Must be located in Egypt.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
