Invixium is seeking an enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to join our aggressive sales team. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Egypt. In this role, you will report to Sr. Director of Sales, MEA and will be responsible for driving sales of Invixium Biometrics and Time & Attendance in Egypt. This position proactively initiates solutions to customer’s immediate and emerging needs thereby sustaining profitable growth and accelerating market share. Through tenacity, resourcefulness and creativity the Regional Sales Manager sets the industry standard for customer delight. Responsible for developing the market by influencing Invixium technology specs and establishing channel partners through the authorized distribution network.

Invixium provides end-to-end access control, workforce management, and health screening solutions using touchless biometrics. Our devices capture accurate data which is used to perform intelligent analytics and generate meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to help businesses of all sizes become more healthy, productive, and secure. **Responsibilities**:

- High level of sales and technical proficiency with Access Control solutions and Time & Attendance
- Grow the enterprise business as well as the upper mid-market for both Biometrics products and time & attendance
- Obtain product market share by working with Business Line Manager to develop product sales strategies
- Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests
- Facilitate distribution inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and forecasting to support production schedules
- Ability to Achieve assigned objectives & targets on a quarterly basis
- Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs
- Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales management, advertising, and production
- Regional Strategic planning and scheduling within the territory
- Conduct direct product training for key strategic accounts and verticals
- Regular and timely dealer product training
- Ability to work in a multicultural working environment

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Marketing
- Experience in access control and time attendance.
- Experience with end user business as well as channel sales management
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing enterprise accounts (Government, Finance, infrastructure, and Education)
- Technical know-how and marketing knowledge. Ability to present technical and commercial ideas and concepts.
- Fluency in English communication (writing and verbal), french is a plus.
- High level of analytical and organizational skills.
