Key Accounts Manager

Cyshield is looking for a Key Accounts Manager who will be responsible for Managing accounts and achieves sales targets in the Public and Telecom Sectors either locally or regionally.
**Job Description**:
Key account managers typically manage a portfolio of accounts and are responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
Technical Skills:
- familiarize with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Assures that the customer’s business issues are resolved in order to sustain the business relations and maintain sales opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual targets.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Sales Tracking Monthly reports.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collating and maintaining client information and performance metrics in the CRM database.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Complaints Handling.
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers.
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Visiting potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Plan customer lifetime value, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop strong relationship with clients, and periodically visit them to evaluate their needs or promote products and services.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Job Qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in Account Management Position.
- Sales diploma/courses is a plus.
- Project Management Experience is a plus.
- Presales Experience is a plus.
