Senior Key Account Manager

**Purpose of the role**:
Oversee and manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with strategic customers to achieve sales targets, Modern Trade channel growth and maximizing profitability.
**Main Accountabilities**:
- Create and implement customers’ strategic plans considering all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.
- Conduct a regular business review with Key Accounts with constructive feedback for business growth.
- Works with distributors, sales operations team & customers to develop end-to-end business solutions for overall business and sales development addressing areas for improvement.
- Anticipates and addresses competitor activities in the marketplace to set counter action plans.
- Develop tailor-made promotions plan for his/her assigned Key Accounts to elevate performance.
- Manage with excellence budgets for Key Account activity, control the budget execution according to plan, including monthly accruals along with following up on customers’ payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Manage, coach, and develop his reports in line with the channel needs to ensure team sustainable high performance.
- Lead on Modern Trade tracking tools execution, data sharing analysis and recommend action plan to elevate performance to support business decisions.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG sales. And at least 4 years of experience in Key Accounts field.
- Bachelor’s degree of business administration or relevant degree.
