**Role purpose**:
Manage Social insurance, Labor offices and governmental authorities ensuring timely adherence to all government related dues.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
Social Insurance:
- Manage the monthly Social Insurance inspection and release monthly inspections reports and communicate with the authority’s heads.
- Manage Monthly social insurance payment to reflect current/actual headcount.
- Manage and Finalize monthly social insurance discrepancies.
- Manage social insurance yearly budget (per company) in liaison with Vodafone Finance decision support team
- Build rapport with the social insurance SPOC’s for more business enhancements.
- Handling all inspection requirements complying with Social Insurance Law.
- Build yearly social insurance payment in line with the budget.
- Control, review and audit monthly Social Insurance payments and ensure that the monthly payment equal to the actual Headcount.
- Solves all the challenges that might take place related to social insurance internally and externally.

Labor offices and governmental authorities:
- Build rapport with the labor offices SPOC’s for better business enhancements.
- Handling all inspections received within the agreed service level from all labor offices and ministry of manpower.
- Handling any complain received against company and related to our current employees and ex-employees complying with Egyptian Labor law.
- Handling the statistics requested by the labor office regarding the 5% employees and the ratio completion percentage.
- Handling the data requested by the labor office regarding Vodafone employee’s data.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience.**
- 3 years’ experience in the HR field and in dealing with Social insurance offices
- Full awareness of labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent relationship building skills communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving ability.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Bachelor of commerce/Business administration/law
- English preferable good as least (speaking and writing)
