***Your day in a Nutshell might include**:

- Managing the talent acquisition life cycle end to end in all Egypt's Regions.
- Conducting Competency based and HR interviews.
- Sourcing talents and proactively developing talent pools.
- Representing the company in all job fairs and career conferences.
- Setting up and delivering the new employees’ HR orientation.
- Responsible for the learning and development of all employees within the organization.
- Responsible for the performance management cycle.
- Provides assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.
- Act as an initial point of contact and intermediary for managers and employees in assigned business units.
- Coach employees on HR and people management practice.
- Support in the Implementation of HR-related programs within business units, such as recognition and employee development initiatives.
- Provides guidance, counseling, and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
- Assist line management with issues related in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review and other HR topics.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organizational strategy.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on employees, and manage change to minimize disruption to the business.
- Actively partner with business leaders and work with them to collaboratively identify practice improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR field. Startups background is a plus.
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner, Generalist role. Tech Background is highly preferred.
