HR Manager

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 8+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.
- Experience in Employee Onboarding, Employee Grievances, Performance & Stakeholder management.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Ensure attendance and leaves data are regularly entered/imported on HR system and extract attendance reports as required.
- Conduct monthly payroll closing by addition of newly hired employees and activation of transfers in addition to any other transactions.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation planning.
- Knowledge in Egypt Labour Laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Ensure awareness and implementation of all company policies and practices through periodic meetings.
- Good communications skills
**Salary**: E£30,000.00 - E£50,000.00 per month
