we are Hiring an HR specialist
For_immediate_hiring
Fluent English speaker
minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a similar role.

**responsibilities of the position**:
1)Provide management with reports of staff performance and interviewing operations.
2)Explain human resources policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance
3)Manage employee record documents
4)Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
5)Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
6)Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
7)Update the company’s private database with the employee records associated with recruiting, on boarding, incrementing, or terminating an employee
Fixed shift starts from 12:00 pm till 8:30 pm
working days from Monday to Friday
2 days off ( Saturdays and Sundays)
