The Role
Job Description - Coordinate all maintenance issues and schedules to insure acceptable level of basic services stability - Dealing with different neighborhoods and government agencies to solve all expected problems - Maintain a safe work environment for all employees to insure the comfortable zone for work - Planning and coordinating all installations (telecommunications, electricity) and renovations - The continuous follow-up to the needs of employees and branches
**Requirements**:
- Ownership - Functional Skills - Ideas presentation and Taking initiative - Continuous Learning - Customer Centricity - Very good understanding of Company policy - Having the required business knowledge - Presentation skills - Ability to understand how the operation works and identify the obstacles if any - 2-4 Years of professional experience - University Graduate
