Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage all aspects of executive travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of executive assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in executive support roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
**Skills**:Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail.
