**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with payroll processing, vacation tracking, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and assist with company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Manage and update social media accounts for the company.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, expense reporting, and office organization.
- Assist with project management and special initiatives, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
- Handle personal tasks for the executive as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and experience with HR/payroll software.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
