Job Description

Job Duties:

Strategy Alignment

  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Responsibility for designing the commercial strategy along with the Sales Director and formulation of the sales plans with the teams’ supervisors with the successful communication and delivery of the strategy
  • Monitoring sales performance through foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace while maximizing profits
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets

Brand Promotion and Operational Support

  • Responsibility for managing key relationships on behalf of the business; building strong relationships with external partners and premium consumers
  • Assisting the Sales Director in serving as the business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and exhibitions Reporting and Analysis
  • Conducts consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to constantly keep the business at par and ahead of competitors; driving greater sales and securing a greater market share
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging business opportunities with a view to positioning the company’s sales resource and technical capability accordingly
  • Undertakes detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses and opportunities to the Sales Director to be reported to the board of directors

Staff Management and Performance Evaluation

  • Supervising the end results of the work of team members
  • Supporting and motivating staff members to achieve individual and team target
  • Monitor current working practices, and effect changes in policies as and when required to enhance quality, achieve customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving upon staff appraisals
  • Maintaining a close and trusting relationships with those under their charge and facilitate open
Job Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant field of education, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 8-12 Years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry with minimum 4 years of experience in a top level or managing role

Knowledge Requirements

  • In-depth commercial understanding of the real-estate competitive landscape and market trends
  • Solid understanding of the impact of various operational initiatives from a sales or marketing perspective
  • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business oriented solutions to problems
  • Strong and Solid Sales Planning and Strategic adoption knowledge
