Job Description
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling employees.
  • Create and maintain a filing system for all company employees
  • Manage all attendance records for the company employees
  • Handle all employee affairs and work on conflict resolution when necessary
  • Manage the payroll records and execution
  • Handle all affairs with related governmental institutes
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of flexibility and time management
  • Performance Management, Training Management, Maintaining Employee Files, People Skills, Resolving Conflict, Employment Law, Project Management, Office Experience - General, Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Administrative Writing Skills.
